Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old routine, this adventure is for you!

Each Camp lasts 4 weeks with classes offered 6 days/wk (Monday - Saturday).

Coed Classes
M/W/F from 5:30 - 6:30 am
T/TH from 6-7 pm
SA from 8-9 am

Women Only Classes
Mon-Fri from 6:45 - 7:45 am & 8:30 - 9:30 am
